STANDARD REFUND AND STORE CREDIT POLICY
Here at Rest in Pieces, we want you to love every purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, then we’ll be happy to replace the item (where possible) or provide a store credit.
In order to be eligible for a replacement or store credit we require:
- Photos of the product to be sent to email@example.com with a clear description of the issue within 30 days of the date shown on the tax invoice.
- Tax Invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of all returned products. This may result in the products not being accepted for replacement or store credit.
Please note a change of mind is not a valid reason and a store credit will not be applied.
