Feel like trying your luck and seeing what surprise arrives in the mail?

Purchase a lucky dip and we will send you out a very special treat. It reminds me of being at a school fete (fair) when I was little haha.

Ranging between 5cm these guys are little and are a mix of tropical fish.

Diaphonisation was first developed in 1977 by the scientists G. Dingerkus and L.D. Uhler, the process of diaphonisation has also been known as clearing and staining. The process uses chemicals which are employed to render the skin of an animal translucent, as well as break down flesh, while dyes are used to colour the bones or cartilage.

These specimens become transparent and offer a window into their skeletal structure. A truly beautiful way to see anatomy.

The fishies died naturally and were donated to the Rest in Pieces team.
